Just bought the driest rotisserie chicken ever at this place. So dry I threw it out. What a disappointment. They need to do a better job at quality control. Especially with those prices! Will not be returning to this store

Coming back home I'm able to go get items I can't get where I currently live. Prices tend to be on the high side but good quality. Customer service is excellent. I was asked several times if I needed assistance.

I cannot say enough about Karen in the meat department! She is always pleasant and eager to help me! I wish Rouses had better sales in all the departments as it is really the only choice in grocery stores in Biloxi other than Walmart.

Their buffet is always kept up & the food is yummy! 😋 The prices are a little more then Walmart on a few things. However the quality of the products seem far better. Also the employees seem to be polite & helpful. I buy all my meat from there & visit the buffet often

The reason for me to come- it is most close to my place. -: Pricy. Most goods are +50% and more. Not very big choice. The wine rack is a disgrace. Salads could be not fresh. At the night time they just keep foods in the shelf covered with some paper. Cafeteria is badly managed and does not provide napkins or any substitute. You have to pay at the main cash desk and return back to cafeteria zone if you want to eat at the place. +: We got fresh meat and fresh fish for reasonable prices. Pork ribs were nice. We got samples of locally baked turkey and bought some. Gumbo in the cafeteria was really great!
